
NON-CONTACT boxing cardio fitness program offered in two calibre: 6-week Beginners’ Course and Experience Class.
- BEGINNERS’ COURSE: This course introduces beginners to the active boxing fitness program in a 6-week gradual manner to ensure successful adoptation and development. It starts off with low impact, slow pace exercises and learning technical boxing skills. Intensity and pace increases weekly for the entire 6-week. After 6-week, participants would develop good cardio, understand the exercise along witht their proper technique and acquire the required fundamental boxing skills to perform the boxing workouts on the bags.
- TECH-CARDIO: This class is a 6-week course offered along with the Youth-Plus Olympic-style boxing class on Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 6:30pm-7:45pm. It is non-contact, high endurance, heavy impact with extended Olympic-style boxing skills training. Participants learn more boxing skills and train with the competitive Youth-Plus Olympic-stye boxers.
- EXPERIENCE CLASS: This class is for people who went through the Beginners’ Course and are completely knowledgeable of the fundamental skills of boxing and the exercise terminologies. “Experience” does not mean superior fitness calibre, it simply means participants knows what to do in the class.
